Hello i found a Mac PowerBook G4?

and the person tht had it before me has a pword on the computer and i cant figure out wht it is. i am signed on to the persons account because they never signed out before they lost the computer. i really need to know how to change the pword and b able to creat my own account. any help is appreciated thnx.
