Big bumps on back of tounge, hole on right side of the throat, bump on left side of throat?

I have big bumps on the back of my tounge, they look like oversized taste buds, a hole on the right side of my throat, and bump on the left side, just opposite of the hole on the right side, red blotches on the inside of my cheeks
