When I get my Turkey poults what about the housing?

Ok I will be raising heritage turkeys this year for the first time. Land is no problem. I want them to eat off the land. I know I will have to supply feed some. What kind of shelter do I need to build, and what if anything goes on the floor. How much time do they spend under the "Barn". Do I need to round them up nightly? Will they go to the "barn" by themselves? I have a pond on the land, will they drown? Do they need the shelter all there short lives or just when they are poults? Main question is what goes on the floor of the shelter? How much land for 60 turkeys?
