Help me think of a good(short) message to encode in my dna strand model?

it has to be represented by codon pairs but that isnt important. it has to start with 'o' contain no more o's than that and end with an E or G and no other E's or G's than the ending letter...has to be atleast 10 letters...i dont want it to be more than 15 though...help would be MUCH appreciated!
