Need help-should I live with strict dad or alki mum?

Am 14year old guy. already posted this questin and got a rubbish answr. the person thought I was girl and they said I shouldnt be ed as I was girl. But am not girl. been livin with my mum for all life. I have big bro who lived with my dad for all his life. My big bro is senseabil and he never in truble. As he is at uni. My dad was real strict on him and he real clever. I guess Am goin to go live with dad as my mum drinkin way too much. Plus she dont care about me. She wants me livin wit her cause it anoys my dad. Me and my bro get on ok. My mum is a heavy drinker and she hates my dad cause he dont agree with her doin illegal stuff. My dad wants me to move in with him. But he has a whole load of rules where my mum has none.my big bro moved out of my dads house cause he is at uni. My dad spoke to me about movin in and he sayd I will be treeded same as my bro when he lived with him and he has curfew, limit of time to watchin tv pc video games, I got to go to school all time. My dad also believes in on bare ***. I never been punished before. But I dont carry on as much as I did when I was younger and I told my dad that thinkin he mite say I wont use but he said any time I misbehave I will bend over couch and he will me with belt on bare ***. I also need to join 2 sports clubs to p time. So its real strict. Should I move in with him? Even though he beleeves in on bare ***? I dont want to live wit my mum anymore and my bro not got room for me. What do I do? Do I move in even that he s if I do rong? He does giv $25 a week for chores if He dnt need to me. What do I do?
