Is violence the answer or?

Do you just let people take advantage of your good soul? Violence has never been the answer.I just ignore people's dissrespect but now ive had enough i really want to start punching people instead of being the better person.Im letting people insult me and being mr nice guy and not retaliating ive been like this for most my life.No wonder there is so much violence because bad people drive good people insane.
