How Much does a new rim cost ?

The wheel studs aren't expensive, a few dollars. A used wheel is usually about $50-75 depending on the type and car it's for. Some are more. My advice: buy all the tires at once and get good ones with a warranty. As far as the bent wheel, I doubt they did that, it usually takes a hard bonk into a curb or something to do that.
