Does anyone know the dog laws for River Grove Illinois?

Read the ticket carefully to make sure exactly what it's for. It could be for not having the dogs liscenced? It is not against the law to have 2 dogs in cook county so that should not be the reason. I would call the number on your ticket when the office opens and find out exactly what it is for.
