Clomid users?

I was put on clomid and had an ultrasound which showed that I had no follicles, so the doctor wants me to call him back on cd30 if I don't start my period. That was a little over a week ago. The past two days I have had a like a full feeling in my pelvic area, like whenever I cough or get up out of a chair, it's almost like it is uncomfortable and full feeling in my uterus. If you had been on clomid and they told you they saw no follicles, would you call the doctor to see what is going on, or not worry about it?
